    The Committee on Military moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 2491--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18B-4-10, relating to directing the commission and council to establish a uniform course completion policy for certain higher education students called to military duty; providing what elements the commission and council are to consider; and defining “called to military duty”.
